With experience at both European Wax Center and TLC Dermatology, I combine professional techniques with personalized care to provide results-driven waxing and skincare treatments tailored to your unique needs. At Polished Skin & Waxing Studio, to best serve all clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee. Providing at least 24 hours' notice allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. No-Shows & Late Cancellations Clients who fail to show, cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or reschedule at the last minute will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled if another client is scheduled immediately after yours. In these situations, the cancellation policy may still apply. After-Hours Cancellations If you need to cancel outside of business hours, you are welcome to leave a voicemail, send a text message, or email at any time. You do not need to wait until the studio is open. As long as your message is received at least 24 hours before your appointment, it will satisfy the cancellation policy.
